Evento conectou conhecimento técnico, práticas de mercado e inovação para reduzir riscos e ampliar a proteção no setor
Em um dia inteiro de debates e troca de experiências, a Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT) promoveu, nesta terça-feira (19/8), o Workshop “Seguros Aplicáveis aos Transportes Terrestres”, em parceria com a Confederação Nacional das Seguradoras (CNseg) e a Federação Nacional de Seguros Gerais (FenSeg). O encontro, realizado no auditório Eliseu Resende, na sede da Agência em Brasília, também foi transmitido ao vivo pelo canal da ANTT no YouTube, ampliando o acesso ao conteúdo em todo o país.
A mesa de abertura contou com a presença do diretor da ANTT, Lucas Asfor, do diretor-executivo da FenSeg, Danilo Silveira, e da superintendente de Relacionamento com o Poder Executivo da CNseg, Laíne Meira.
Em sua fala, Lucas Asfor destacou a importância do tema para o futuro do transporte terrestre brasileiro. “É uma alegria e uma satisfação contar com a parceria de vocês para tratar de um tema de suma relevância, que são os seguros aplicáveis aos transportes terrestres. Não há como falar em desenvolvimento sustentável sem a solidez de um contrato e sem a cobertura de um seguro confiável. O que estamos fazendo aqui hoje não é apenas um evento, mas o início de uma parceria sólida, de um diálogo transparente entre seguradoras, setor regulado e órgão regulador”, afirmou o diretor.
Ao longo do dia, sete painéis foram conduzidos por especialistas renomados do setor securitário. A programação passou por temas como análise de riscos, riscos de engenharia, seguro de responsabilidade civil, seguro ambiental, garantia contratual, seguro para transporte de cargas e passageiros, além das particularidades do seguro de property. Entre os palestrantes estiveram Daniel Silveira, Christian Zammit, Fábio Barreto, Ketlyn Parolin Stefanovic, Misael de Lima, Marco Antônio Nogueira de Siqueira e Janete Tani, profissionais com experiência nacional e internacional.
Lucas Asfor ressaltou ainda o papel do encontro como um marco de aprendizado e integração. “Eventos dessa natureza trazem segurança à vida e ao patrimônio, fortalecem a confiança no setor e nos ajudam a aperfeiçoar o ambiente regulatório. Hoje reunimos gente com mais de 40 anos de experiência, fontes das quais podemos beber para aprimorar a infraestrutura e a operação do transporte terrestre”, disse o diretor.

O transporte terrestre é responsável por escoar quase 90% da economia brasileira. Garantir que cada viagem — seja de passageiros ou de cargas — conte com respaldo, segurança e proteção é essencial para o funcionamento de um sistema robusto, sustentável e confiável.
Com a realização do workshop, a ANTT reforça seu compromisso em fomentar conhecimento técnico, aproximar o setor regulado das seguradoras e criar um ambiente mais seguro para investimentos e operações. O evento, promovido com apoio do Centro de Estudos Avançados em Regulação de Transportes Terrestres – CEARTT, marca o início de um ciclo permanente de diálogo e cooperação, capaz de fortalecer a infraestrutura de rodovias e ferrovias e, ao mesmo tempo, proteger vidas e patrimônios em todo o país.
